Skill Development by Heartfulness (SDH) brings together the strengths of the Heartfulness ecosystem — its people, centres, institutions, infrastructure, knowledge and values — to create opportunities for young people to learn, grow, contribute and build meaningful livelihoods.
Create meaningful pathways for young people to learn, experience, contribute and grow through training, projects, internships, volunteering, mentoring and work opportunities.
Alongside vocational and professional capabilities, SDH will nurture confidence, communication, teamwork, leadership, ethics, responsibility, character and a spirit of service — helping young people become not just seekers of opportunities, but active contributors and creators of opportunities.
Leverage the existing Heartfulness ecosystem to make quality skill development accessible, relevant and scalable.
Heartfulness centres, ashrams and partner institutions become learning hubs offering vocational, technical, digital, professional and emerging skills, supported by trainers, educators, industry experts and Subject Matter Experts.
Our aim is to create market-oriented, industry-relevant and future-ready learning opportunities for school and college students, graduates, working professionals and others seeking to build or renew their skills.
The ultimate purpose of skill development is to translate capability into opportunity and opportunity into livelihood.
SDH will build bridges between skills, employment and entrepreneurship through industry linkages, apprenticeships, internships, mentoring, employment opportunities and market connections.
At the same time, skill-based initiatives can create sustainable economic opportunities for Heartfulness centres, enabling them to progressively become more self-sustained and resilient.
